For more than 40 years, Beth Sobol has produced extraordinary events — from the international stage of Miami Fashion Week to corporate meetings, galas, fundraisers, family celebrations and milestone occasions at Pegasus Manor.
Today, Beth personally brings that same production experience to every event at the estate. Pegasus Manor can host corporate meetings and dinners, annual conferences, holiday parties, casino nights, themed events, birthdays, baby showers, celebrations of life, reunions and more — with indoor events for up to 300 guests and larger outdoor family days and special events across the grounds.
Whether you are planning an executive gathering, a company celebration or an important family occasion, Beth and her team help bring the entire experience together — venue, planning, food, décor, entertainment and the details that make the event memorable.
